Odoo in 12–16 weeks. Scope and price in writing before we start.
We configure the standard first and write code only when the numbers justify it. A demo every two weeks, on your own data.
- you run three or more tools with Excel holding them together
- you sell through several channels: B2B, an online shop, marketplaces
- you want to pay per user, not per module
- you plan to add more areas later: manufacturing, service, projects
- your accounting firm works only in Comarch or enova and you don't want to change it
- your payroll is very complex (collective agreements, PFRON) — then HR and payroll stay in your current system
- you need a system in 4 weeks without time from your key people
One system instead of several
What we do, what you do, what you get
From your key people we need 3–4 hours in total during discovery, about 4 hours a week during the sprints, and about 8 hours a week during testing and training.
Documentation you can work with after we leave
- Configuration documentation inside your Odoo: what was set, where, and why
- Guides for every role with screenshots: desktop, warehouse terminal, phone
- A log of project decisions with the reasoning
- A test environment and a test account for every role
- Training for key users and your administrator
- An upgrade plan: what changes with the next Odoo version

What clients ask before they start
Community or Enterprise?
Community is free and enough for many companies. Enterprise adds full accounting and JPK files, among others, and the Custom plan also adds Studio and API access. We choose during discovery, based on your processes, and explain the choice in the conception.
Odoo Online, Odoo.sh or your own server?
Odoo Online is the simplest, but allows no custom modules. Odoo.sh is Odoo's own cloud with a test environment, backups and code deployment — a good fit for custom modules, billed separately. Your own server gives you full control; we can take over its administration as part of support. The choice and the reasoning are in the conception's architecture chapter.
Which Odoo version do you implement?
The one in which every module and integration you need is mature — usually the latest or the previous version. Today we choose between Odoo 19 and Odoo 20. We decide during discovery.
What about historical data?
We move master data (customers, suppliers, products), open documents and balances. The full history stays read-only in your old system or is imported in a simplified form. The migration scope and cost are in the conception.
