The licence is one of five items

The Odoo licence, discovery, implementation, hosting and support. What moves the implementation price most:

  • the number of areas
  • the number of integrations
  • the quality of your source data
  • custom modules
  • several companies or currencies

What clients ask before they buy

Can the Odoo licence price go up?

Yes. Odoo changed its price list in September 2026. The lower price applies for the first 12 months to the users you order; after that you pay the standard price. We check the table on this page every quarter and always show the date.

Standard or Custom: which plan do we need?

Standard is enough if you work in Odoo Online, as one company, with no custom modules. You need Custom for your own server or Odoo.sh, custom modules, API integrations or several companies. You can also run Odoo Community without a licence. We pick the plan during discovery.

What isn't included in the implementation range?

The Odoo licence, hosting (Odoo.sh or a server), third-party fees such as SMS, couriers or payment gateways, and support after the two weeks of hypercare. We price each of these separately during discovery.

How do you deduct discovery from the implementation?

If you order the implementation within 3 months of receiving the discovery, we subtract the net discovery price on the invoice for the first implementation stage. It applies to every package: Diagnosis, Discovery and Discovery Pro.
