Comparison

Odoo or enova365? An honest comparison for Polish companies.

We're an Odoo partner, so we also say when enova365 is the better choice. We checked the facts on both sides on 23 October 2026.

Choose Odoo if…
  • you sell through several channels and want your online shop in the same system
  • you'd rather have one subscription per user than licences for each module
  • you plan to add more areas: service, projects, manufacturing, online sales
  • you have or plan companies abroad
Stay with enova365 if…
  • your accounting firm works in enova365
  • your HR and payroll are complex (PFRON, collective agreements, unusual absences) and they work
  • the system works, the licence is paid off, and the real problem is your processes — changing systems won't fix them

Moving from enova365 to Odoo

A switch without a leap in the dark

First a licence review and a data map, then two trial migrations and a parallel run until switchover day. The migration itself typically takes 1–2 months. If you change your processes at the same time, we plan it as an implementation: 12–16 weeks.

How a migration runs

Questions about switching

What enova365 users ask us

Will we lose KSeF or JPK?

Not KSeF: Odoo 19 sends invoices to KSeF, receives the UPO and fetches purchase invoices as standard, including in Community. JPK files are in the Enterprise edition. A turnkey KSeF setup costs PLN 2,999 net.

What about our customisations in enova365?

We review them one by one. Standard Odoo replaces some, and we rebuild the rest in Odoo, each with its own price. C# code from enova365 can't be carried over — that's a real switching cost, and we show it as one.

What about HR and payroll?

Polish payroll isn't in standard Odoo. Most often HR and payroll stay in enova365 or with your accounting firm, and Odoo takes over the rest. Paid third-party payroll modules also exist; we check in discovery whether they fit your cases.

What about our accounting firm, which works in enova365?

There are three options: the firm moves to Odoo with you, the firm stays on enova365 and we regularly hand over the accounting data from Odoo, or you change firms. Each has a different cost and risk — we set them out in discovery.

How long does it take?

The migration itself typically takes 1–2 months. With new processes, more integrations or manufacturing, we plan it as an implementation: 12–16 weeks.

Who looks after the system after go-live?

We do, with support from PLN 99 net a month, or any other Odoo partner. The code of your custom modules is yours, so you're not tied to one provider.
