How much does an Odoo implementation cost in 2026?

“How much does Odoo cost?” has no single answer, but it has a formula. You pay for five things: the Odoo licence, a discovery, the implementation, hosting and support. Below are all five with real numbers as of October 2026: the publisher's list prices and our own price list.

The licence is the only part with one price for everyone. The rest depends on how many people will use the system, how many areas it covers and what it has to talk to. That is why we never quote an implementation before a discovery, and why every estimate we send shows each of the five items on a separate line.

1. The licence: what you pay Odoo

Odoo publishes its prices. As of 21 October 2026, on odoo.com, with annual billing:

• One app: free, for unlimited users, on Odoo Online only.
• Standard: €11.90 per user per month for the first 12 months, then €14.90. All apps, on Odoo Online only; no Studio, no API access, one company.
• Custom: €22.90 per user per month for the first 12 months, then €27.90. Odoo Online, Odoo.sh or your own server; Studio, AI Agent, API access and several companies.
• Community: free and open source, on your own server.

With monthly billing, Standard costs €18.60 and Custom €33.90 per user. A Light user, for someone who only needs a few simple tasks, costs €4.90.

Which plan do you need? Standard is enough if you work in Odoo Online, as one company, without custom modules. Custom is needed for your own server or Odoo.sh, custom modules, API integrations or several companies. Many companies run well on Community; Enterprise adds full accounting and JPK files, among others. We choose the plan during discovery, not before.

2. Discovery: the plan before the price

An implementation estimate without a look at your processes is a guess. That is why we start with a fixed-price discovery, in one of three packages:

• Diagnosis, PLN 590 net, 3–5 days: an online questionnaire, a 30-minute call and a report with an indicative scope.
• Discovery, PLN 2,190 net, about 2 weeks: workshops, a map of processes and integrations, a full implementation conception and a MIN/MAX estimate for each stage.
• Discovery Pro, PLN 2,490 net, about 2 weeks: everything in Discovery plus a 1-hour presentation and a plan for the next steps.

If you order the implementation within 3 months of receiving the discovery, we deduct its net price from the first implementation stage. If you don't, the document is yours, and you can use it to compare offers.

3. Implementation: what moves the price

Our implementation services, net:

• Start, from PLN 5,000: up to 10 users, 2–3 areas, no integrations.
• Company, PLN 5,000–40,000: 10–50 users, 4–6 areas, 2–3 integrations.
• Complex, after discovery: manufacturing, several companies or currencies, a high-bay warehouse.

Five things move a project within these ranges: the number of users, the number of areas (sales, inventory, manufacturing, accounting…), integrations with other systems, migrating data from your current system, and custom modules. We configure the standard first and write code only when the numbers justify it, because every custom module costs something again at each version upgrade.

A typical implementation takes 12–16 weeks. It also takes time from your team: about 3–4 hours in total during discovery, about 4 hours a week during the sprints and about 8 hours a week during testing and training. Plan for that time too; it is a real cost, even if it never appears on an invoice.

4. Hosting: where Odoo runs

With Odoo Online, hosting and the publisher's support are included in the licence. Odoo.sh, Odoo's own cloud with a test environment and code deployment, is billed separately and suits companies with custom modules. Your own server gives you full control; you pay your provider, and someone has to look after updates and backups. We set out the choice and the reasoning in the conception.

5. Support after go-live

After go-live we stay with you for two weeks of close support. After that, support is a separate subscription: from PLN 99 net a month, with a block of hours, Odoo version upgrades and a response time from 1 hour.

What is not in the implementation range

To avoid surprises, here is the full list of what an implementation estimate does not include: the Odoo licence, hosting (Odoo.sh or a server), third-party fees such as SMS, couriers or payment gateways, and support after the first two weeks. Each of these is a separate line in our estimate.

An example: a company with 20 users

• Standard licence, first year: 20 × €11.90 × 12 = €2,856.
• Standard licence, from the second year: 20 × €14.90 × 12 = €3,576 a year.
• Discovery Pro: PLN 2,490 net, deducted from the implementation.
• Company implementation: PLN 5,000–40,000 net, depending on the scope agreed in discovery.
• Support: from PLN 99 net a month.

The range is wide on purpose. Two companies with 20 users can need very different things, which is exactly what a discovery finds out.

How to keep the cost down

• Start with the standard. Change the process before you change the software; every custom module has a cost at each upgrade.
• Go in stages. Start with the areas that hurt most, and add the rest once the first ones work.
• Clean your data before the migration. Duplicate customers and products cost time in every trial migration.
• Check whether Community is enough. For many companies it is, and then the licence costs nothing.
