From SAP, Comarch, enova or Symfonia to Odoo, without a leap in the dark.
We start by counting your licence costs and mapping your data. We move what makes sense, run two trial migrations, and both systems run side by side until switchover day.
What do you pay today, and what would you pay with Odoo?
Tell us your system, the number of users and the yearly cost of licences and maintenance. Within the same week we send back a 5-year cost comparison. Free, with no commitment.
- Current system: SAP ECC, SAP Business One, Comarch ERP, enova365, Symfonia or other
- Number of users
- Licences and maintenance per year, PLN net (a rough figure is fine)
- The 5-year cost of your current system: licences, maintenance, hosting
- The 5-year cost of Odoo: the licence at the publisher's list price, hosting and support
- Implementation and migration as ranges from our price list
- Which customisations standard Odoo replaces, and which need rebuilding
We give the exact migration cost after discovery (from PLN 590, deducted from the implementation).
Five steps of a migration
Audit and licences
What you have, what you pay, what works and what you actually use.
Data map
Every type of data gets a decision: move it, clean it or keep it in the archive.
Trial migrations
Two runs on a copy of your data. You check balances, stock and partners in Odoo before anything is switched over.
Parallel run
The old and new systems run side by side. We compare the results, and your team learns on real data.
Switchover
After month-end close: opening balances, open documents and go-live in Odoo. The old system stays available read-only.
A whole migration typically takes 1–2 months. If you change your processes at the same time, we plan it as an implementation: 12–16 weeks, with trial migrations in the sprints. Odoo implementation
What we move and what stays
On SAP ECC? You have three options, not one.
Standard support for SAP ERP 6.0 (ECC) ends on 31 December 2027. After that you can:
- move to SAP S/4HANA,
- buy extended support until the end of 2030, at a higher maintenance fee,
- move the business to a lighter ERP, such as Odoo.
We'll work out all three honestly — even if S/4HANA turns out to be the better fit for you.
Dates according to SAP, as of 22 October 2026.
Have Odoo, but it doesn't work? An audit from PLN 599.
- A review of configuration and custom modules
- What breaks when you upgrade
- Data quality and performance
A report listing each fix with its priority and cost. You can carry it out with us or with your current partner.
What clients ask before they switch
How long does a migration take?
Typically 1–2 months, from the data map to switchover. Longer if you change your processes at the same time or there are many integrations. Then we plan it as an implementation, in 12–16 weeks.
What does it cost?
The licence review is free. We give the migration cost after discovery (from PLN 590, deducted from the implementation), as a MIN/MAX range for each stage. On top of that comes the Odoo licence at the publisher's list price. Pricing
Will we lose our history?
No. The full history stays read-only in the old system or goes into Odoo in a simplified form. We agree exactly what moves in the data map.
Will there be downtime?
Until switchover day you work in the old system. We switch over after month-end close and after two trial migrations, so the break covers only the switchover itself. We state how long it takes in the migration plan.
What about KSeF?
Odoo 19 sends invoices to KSeF, receives the UPO and fetches purchase invoices every 3 hours as standard, including in Community. A turnkey KSeF setup costs PLN 2,999 net. Pricing
Can you move data from a system you don't know?
Yes, if the data can be exported from it: as files, from the database or through an API. Our team knows SAP, Comarch, enova and Symfonia from earlier projects.
When not to migrate
When your current system works, the licence is paid off, and the real problem is your processes. Then we'll tell you so, and suggest what to fix without changing systems.
